Mark Wahlberg is perfect, the characters and how they populate a scene is wonderful, the score is nice (as noted above)... an instant classic.

(imdb)	Great atmosphere is presented here. The ending is weak, but this is very much intentional. The film is in fact like watching the protagonist walk into a "heart of darkness".

Many great, memorable characters and scenes.

Quite exciting to see the group of protagonists move out into unknown territory. - Shia LaBeouf is great, the tank battles are nice and (!) the german dialogue is on point. That is enough to forgive the confusing ending.

Black humour and shocking violence compete for screen time as we question whether or not Tom, right-hand man of the Irish mob leader, really has a heart. It is typical Marvel shit. It offers nothing but the shallowest of gags, the most standard Hollywood design, the overflowing action with rapid cuts. Although one sequence here was really impressive.

(Paramount Vantage)	The protagonist is such a prick, and the narration so pretentious. The whole motive of the film is "guy runs away from home", but his smart talking should make you believe he is on a mission. Unfortunately, this film has not many things to say. Things get emotional at the end.
20	A Serbian Film (2010)	tt1273235	Feb 01 2017, 12:14	An aging porn star agrees to participate in an "art film" in order to make a clean break from the business, only to discover that he has been drafted into making a pedophilia and necrophilia themed snuff film.	A film for voyeurs who are desensitized by the internet. Besides the infamous scenes, it's really boring and just delays time, because apparently they didn't know how to fill the non-shocking parts.
20	White Heat (1949)	tt0042041	Feb 01 2017, 15:46	A psychopathic criminal with a mother complex makes a daring break from prison and leads his old gang in a chemical plant heist. Shortly after the plan takes place, events take a crazy turn.	The greatest amount of time is wasted with story that goes nowhere. The ending does not take a "crazy turn" at all, very disappointing. The score is terrible, it is blatant and obscenely loud. The protagonist as crazed gunslinger is quite interesting. Overall not worth any of your time.
